I love a vinaigrette, and not just on a garden salad! This is a simple red wine vinaigrette that can be used as a marinade, green salads, or even in this Greek Style Quinoa dish. Just combine all ingredients in an air tight container and shake them all together!
1 large clove of garlic, crushed
1 heaping tbsp of mustard
2 tsp honey
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup of oil
salt & pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in an air tight container and shake to blend!
