To whoever has been posting about adding a scoop of coffee grounds to their protein shakes, thank you! I tried that this morning and was more than happy. I also added a special piece of chocolate to the mixture – and that pretty much made this one of the most amazing protein shakes ever!
2 scoops of Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1 tablespoon of low-acid, organic coffee
1 piece of IsaDelight Milk chocolate
6 oz water
5 pieces of ice
1 tsp homemade vanilla (recipe coming next week!)
Blend until smooth, and make sure you have blended long enough to break up the coffee grounds – and enjoy! Garnish with chocolate shavings. This smoothie has a whopping 37 grams of protein!
