Stress Management : ‘Tis the Season for Self Care!
The holidays are quickly approaching and I am hearing more and more people start to talk about the stress of the holidays. The busyness of the holiday season, although fun and festive, can tend to take its’ toll on our bodies and minds.
I am putting together some “Stress Management” DIY projects, as well as blog posts and resources to help keep you calm, mindful and realistic this holiday season!

Adaptogens and how they help your body with stress management:
Adaptogens are plant-based herbs that are used to improve the health of your adrenal system, the system that’s in charge of managing your body’s hormonal response to stress as well as promote physical and mental performance. “They help strengthen the body’s response to stress and enhance its ability to cope with anxiety and fight fatigue – slowly and gently, without jolts or crashes. This will be one of my Happy & Healthy Holiday Gift ideas this season and I wanted to share – because YOU might want to gift yourself, or someone you care about with the ingredients for an amazing cup of stress fighting tea. Simply print out the labels that I have available for download, cut them out, and attach them your favorite jar or coffee mug and get ready to make someone’s day a little healthier. 🙂

Create your own Stress Management Healthy Holiday gift:
I printed these on a kraft card stock, but you can use whatever color you prefer. I use a straight-edge and a blade to cut them out, and then punch a hole towards the top!
